Participation Terms & Safety Declaration
Zip lining is an adventurous activity involving inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury. These risks cannot be completely eliminated without fundamentally changing the nature of the activity.
All participants must follow the safety briefing and instructions given by the event team before and during participation.
To take part in the experience, you must:
Be aged 13 years or over.
Weigh between 35 kg and 120 kg.
Not be pregnant.
Not be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.
Be willing and able to follow all instructions and safety briefings given by the event team.
Be willing to travel in the crane basket to the operating height.
Tie back long hair and follow any clothing, harness or equipment instructions given by the event team.
You should not participate if you are not in good health or if you are aware of any medical or physical condition that could make participation unsafe.
If you have high blood pressure, a heart condition, dizziness, epilepsy, asthma, problems affecting your neck, back, spinal column, legs or eyes, or another medical condition or prescribed medication that could affect your ability to participate safely, you should seek appropriate medical advice before taking part.
If you have been advised by a medical professional not to participate in zip lining or similar activities, you should not participate.
You must follow all safety briefings and instructions given by the event team. You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and for telling a member of the event team before participating if you are unsure whether you meet any of the participation or health requirements.
You must not participate if you know of any reason why it would be unsafe for you to do so.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the liability of Epic Xperience Co Ltd for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Photography and video form part of this experience. Your image/video will be captured during your experience and processed for the purpose of creating and delivering your individual experience media.
You must acknowledge this to participate in the experience.
